Contest series
A series is a named grouping for contests — a recurring olympiad, a weekly training round, a school league. It is one of the classification facts a contest carries, and it is the one that makes a set of contests findable as a set: the contest list filters and sorts by it, and the public contest page shows it.
Content
The
Content
section holds what you write: the pages of your space's website, the posts in its feed, and the bodies of the emails it sends. It has three tabs —
Pages
,
Posts
and
Emails
— and opening the section lands you on Pages. Seeing it needs permission to read content.
Medals
A medal is a label an organizer puts on one participant:
gold
,
silver
,
bronze
,
honorable mention
, or none. You award it by hand, one participant at a time, from that participant's page — nothing on Eolymp derives medals from the standing, and no cut-off, quota or percentage produces them for you.
Printing at an onsite contest
At a physical venue, contestants can send documents to a printer in the room without any network access of their own: the console registers the printer, a printer client running at the venue authenticates with the printer's secret and collects jobs one at a time, and the contest is bound to that printer.
Teams
A team is a
member
in its own right — it has a status, profile fields and its own results — into which individual members are assigned. Teams are how team contests are run: the team is what registers, submits and appears on the scoreboard, while the people in it sign in with their own accounts.
Name, logo and interface language
The name and logo of your space are what members see at the top of the public site and what you see in the space switcher; the interface language setting decides which languages that site can be displayed in. All three are on

Verify email address
We need to keep an up-to-date email address for all our users in order to be able to communicate with them, help them recover their passwords and so on. For this reason, every time you change your email address or when you create your account we have to verify your email address.
Printers
On-site printing lets contestants at a physical venue send a document to a printer in the room without having any network access of their own. You register the printers here, in
Settings → Printers
; a printer client running at the venue connects to Eolymp using the printer's secret, reports whether it is free, and receives jobs one at a time.
