In case you haven't used your account in a while and forgot your username or password, you can use an access recovery procedure to remind your username or reset your password.
Since the password is stored encrypted on our servers, we are not able to remind you your password, but you can set up a new one in just a few clicks.
Follow these steps, to recover your password:
Go to access recovery form.
Enter the email address assigned to your account.
Open your inbox and find email with subject "Recover access to Eolymp" (subject might be different depending on your locale) from noreply@eolymp.com.
Find your username in the email.
Click the link in the email.
Enter a new password in the form.
After these steps, you should be able to login using your new password.
I can't find email in my inbox
Make sure you've entered the correct email address. To protect privacy of our users our system won't show you an error if you've entered incorrect or non existent email address.
Make sure you are checking the correct mailbox.
During email recovery process our system includes a random code in the subject of the recovery email. This code is shown when you start recovery procedure and it starts with EEHxxxx. You can search your inbox using this code to help you find confirmation email. Don't forget to include Spam and Trash folders in your search. If you didn't see random code, you can search using this email address noreply@eolymp.com.

The code is exired or the link leads to a page that does not exist
This may happen when you initiate access recovery procedure multiple times. Every time you submit the form, a new link is generated, and the previous one is invalidated. Make sure you are using the link in the latest email.

I still can't login after resetting my password
If you could reset your password successfully but still can't login, make sure you are entering your username and password correctly. Try to copy-paste username from recovery email. Then, use a notepad or similar program to type your password in open text, then copy-paste it in the password field. Close notepad without saving afterwards.
It might be possible your account is blocked for some reason. If you can't login after changing password, email us via feedback form.
